When we connect our Zotino to our oscilloscope, we notice a noisy output signal. It is not present on either of our TTL cards or our DDS Urukul. Our initial suspicion was that it is due to the non-isolated grounds of the DIO boards, however, trying to ground them did not help the noise. The noise seems to be there in the channel connected to the Zotino even when there is no input from ARTIQ. We'd much appreciate any thoughts/suggestions about solving this noise issue and where it might be coming from. Some snapshots of traces are attached for reference (). Thanks!
