Could you please provide the core device UART log of issue occurs? Including the output after attempting to fetch the analyzer data.
Could you also try running:
artiq_coreanalyzer -v -p
artiq_coreanalyzer -d analyzer.dump
and post the complete output?
It would also be useful to know which core device system you are using (e.g. Kasli, KC705, etc...).
