Problem flashing cu3

I am having some problems flashing the cu3 variant. I believe that I can do this before I have all the new DAC parts. I've used Zadig to update the drivers, and downloaded the newest artiq-board-kasli-cu3 6.7621.d9b01ed8, but when I try to flash Kasli, it either it is unable to open the ftdi device, or shows me the error attached:

I am also having problems flashing the same cu3 variant. Me and my team members tried using additional windows machines with Zadig to update the drivers, but Zadig was unable to make any connection to the board. Using a nix environment I was able to connect to the board, but received the attached error after some initial communication .
