There is an error message and led OVR and LVL button is not working at all even we have led0.

I reinstalled the artiq-full packages as you suggested and python is updated from 3.9 to 3.8 during install.

It seems like that I'm using a beta version firmware but I don't know how to change to the 6.

To get a firmware 7 not beta.
I used nix-channel --rollback commend. It changed my profile from version 10 to 9 but nothing happened on the firmware and gateway version.

Seems like my artiq version is 6.7665.83af3b75 which one is correct...? 7beta or 6.7

I did updated with the 7 beta version. The "[error 111] connection refused" showed even if I use the same address with the artiq 6 version when I opened the dashboard.

Artiq 6 +software 7beta+gateware 7beta : core create not working

Is there anyway that I can downgrade my software and gateware which I can check with the commend artiq_coremgmt log?

Mixing major versions of firmware and software does not work.

For 7 you need to be running aqctl_moninj_proxy. This should be done automatically if you are running artiq_ctlmgr with the device db template.
