Change TTLOut to TTLInOut

Could you give me some advice on how to change Output only TTL into the TTL In and Out?
I'd like to change the ttl20-23.
I've changed the TTL class in the device_db.py file manually which is located in the same folder as the running code.
Do I need to do something more? The light of the Kasili is still green.
Additional questions are
It seems like Four TTL has one light in the SMA card. Do I need to change all four TTL's class?
Do I need to change the TTL class in the device_db.py in a master folder? I'm currently running in the subfolder of master and copied the device_db.py.
Or do I need to physically turn on the switch on the board?

You need:
to flip the switches (beware of ESD and short circuits and take appropriate measures e.g. power down the crate while handling cards, wear an ESD wrist strap, work on a grounded ESD mat)
an updated device database
updated firmware which you can get by writing to helpdesk@
