PC can not connect to sinara

Hi，I’m encountering an issue where my PC suddenly cannot connect to Sinara. I tested another Sinara system in the same environment, and it worked fine, so the network environment seems to be okay. I’ve confirmed that the IP address is correct, as it has been in use for several months without any changes.

Additionally, I’ve noticed that when the faulty Sinara system is powered on but not connected to the network cable, the red light below the ETH port stays on. In contrast, this light does not illuminate on a functioning Sinara system.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

fsagbuya I attempted to retrieve the UART log. After connecting the USB cable to the PC, I discovered two ports: COM5 and COM6. I configured the port settings according to the provided example and tried to read the UART log using PuTTY. However, I encountered an error during this process.

You can try to use the hterm software (windows and linux version available) to have acces to your different COM ports

Your first picture is highly suspicious. The Kasli-SoC gateware does not support RJ45 SFPs, neither for Ethernet nor for DRTIO (the latter is fundamentally incompatible and will never be supported on any platform). Plug the RJ45 network cable directly into the RJ45 port built into Kasli-SoC.
