Who is developing nmigen?

So I noticed there are two nmigen projects on GitHub and there are also two websites:

https://github.com/nmigen/nmigen/ -> https://nmigen.info/nmigen/

The first project's latest version is v0.1 and the second's is v0.2 . I'm wondering: It seems that nmigen/nmigen is more advanced, is this a fork? Why is there a separate domain for both of these projects? What is the plan of M-Labs regarding this project?
