Sungjoolim I am using artiq v7.8166.dbd5a17, python==3.9.16 and use kasli board. When we open artiq_dashbord it looks as if DDS, TTL and DAC are working correctly. But after 5-10 minutes the output from DDS, TTL, DAC is gone (artiq is still on) and give the following messages The ping on kasli does not work when there are error logs, it disconnects and reconnects to artiq kasli after 5-10 minutes but then disconnects again. We have been using it for a year and have never had this problem, I can't imagine what is happening now.
Sungjoolim Kali fan was not working properly, we checked with thermal camera it was 70 Celcius. Is it ok?
